"The Nest " is a virtual rendering of a Reggio Amelia inspired Pre-K learning center at a Children's Museum in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. These concepts were developed as preliminary inspiration for museum staff to bring together collaborative ideas. These conceptional renderings also provided visuals for potential stakeholders.

In 2017, I made some big changes and moved to the other side of the world. I spent 15 months living in Thailand, traveling around Southeast Asia, teaching English, and finishing my graduate degree. My travels took me through Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal, and India.

I created a travel website, called "Bye Felicia" because it made me giggle, and referenced a cinematic favorite "Friday" with Ice Cube and Chris Tucker. This website included my drawings, photos, and writings about my experiences abroad. They are all still available here for anyone else, that might be looking to scratch that wanderlust itch.

I have since returned to the States and decided to transition my travel site to an artist website where I can feature some of my best work, but I will never forget the wonderful friends, relationships, experiences, and memories that I created during my year in Asia and I look forward to the next adventure that awaits.

Look hard, risk that.
